HOW WE PRODUCE OUR customed sunglasses case :

5,Leatrher Covering: After finishing injection, we’ll cover the leather onto the plastic case  body shell. 

6,Assembling: After leather covering, we’ll assemble the up lid and down lid together, and put the liner into the case.

7,Cleaning: We carefully clean the case on our production line.

8,Inspection & Packing: The finished products will be carefully Inspected, the inspection  standard we follow is AQL 4.0. Our duster products will be packed only after inspection.
